Portfolio

On this page, you’ll find samples of places that my music has been used. (It’s light for now since I stepped away from music professionally for 10 years, but this will fill up quickly promise) 😉

My music is mainly intended to be instrumental beats for rappers and vocalists, and while I’m building up that part of my portfolio my music has also been used as instrumental tracks for podcasts and videos.

Beats For Vocalists and Rappers

Many more examples of beat placements coming as I build my portfolio…

But here’s one of my latest trapsoul/funky beats (April 2020) which I think gives a great example of one of my many unique sounds that will help YOU stand out…

And here’s a trap-inspired track I made to vocals sent to me:

You can also check out the music I currently have available on BeatStars.

You can also read a blog post I wrote for BeatStars all about Trap BPM’s (it’s their most popular post of all time!)

Or If you want you can also go way back in time to 2007 and listen to the full-length album by my live hip hop band (since defunct). “The Press Project” was a popular live hip hop band in the Boston and New England scene from 2005-2009ish. I wrote most of the music and played keys! It gave me years of on the ground experience writing for and performing with rappers – and taught me a lot of what I know about how to create beats vocalists sound good on and crowds love.

And you can watch a clip of us opening for The Roots in 2006!

Podcast Theme for Experts on the Wire

Mine own (SEO) podcast! Created in 2016, listeners frequently remark at how the custom music really helps make this show stand out in a very crowded podcast space.

It features a recurring theme song and lots of other beats/music/sound design in the various episodes.

Listen to an example here! (Which is also an episode about music marketing!)
